PTA Fundraising
Between us both we have been on a few PTAs and helped fundraise for nurseries, infant and junior schools. We know how tough (and soul destroying) it can be!
We’re here to help and have an Ouch Pouch PTA Referral scheme designed to take the pressure off you (as a volunteer) whilst still helping your school raise vital funds.
When your school families place an order for an Ouch Pouch online, using your unique PTA code, you will receive £5.00 commission. It’s that simple!
Super Simple PTA fundraising steps
1) Register your School or Nursery PTA with us by emailing us.
2) We’ll promptly get in touch to confirm your registration and give you your very own PTA code.
3) Get talking! Promote the Ouch Pouch PTA code through your school communication channels – the school newsletter, class WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages, Twitter, PTA events and websites. It could even be a poster at the school gates with a QR code!
4) At the end of each quarter, we’ll pay our comission. All you have to worry about is what to spend it on!
What are the benefits of PTA fundraising us?
- PTA fundraising with Ouch Pouch will reduce the financial pressures on your PTA and the Treasurer. There is no need to take or manage payments, queue at the post office for a petty cash float, or attempt to find a bank that is open!
- We’ll pay your commission into the nominated account at the end of each quarter (March, June, September and December). No invoicing required.
- Let’s be honest school PTA’s have a reputation for nagging and making lots of demands. This allows you to earn a supplementary income without the need to request people give up their time, money or remember it’s a mufti day!
- All orders are placed here on our Ouch Pouch website. There is no need for members of the PTA to collect total numbers, organise payments or distribution through the school. They’re sent out directly to the customer.
